Founder Mbr Alliance Burundo-African pour le Salut (ABASA) 1993. Naturalized as a Belgian citizen 22nd January 2004. (c) Umuganwakazi ntare Benedicte Mukamudari. m. as his third wife, H.E. Chief André Muhirwa, Chief of Busumanyi (b. at Murete, 1920), Prime Minister of 1961-1963, son of Chief Mbanzabugabo, Chief of Busumanyi, a descendant of Mwami Ntare IV Rugamba. She had issue, three sons - see above.
(3) Umuganwa ntare Kabogo. He had issue, four sons and one daughter:
(a) Umuganwa ntare Jean Kigoma. b. at Bururi, 1920, educ. Groupe Scolaire d'Astrida, Butare, Rwanda. Chief of Moso South 1959, Sec. of State for Public Functions 1961.
