- 1729 - 1730 H.M.Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jatha Rajadhiraja Rama Isvara Kumpul Lokya Tribhuvananatha [Angga Em], King of Cambodia. b. 1674, educ. privately. Established his capital at Pothisath in 1699 and assumed the regency of the kingdom with title of Brhat Pada Samdach Brhat Keo Fa Parama Pavitra in 1700. Appointed as Heir Apparent and crowned as Brhat Pada Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Jaya Jatha. Deposed his brother-in-law and resumed control of the government, 1710. He became suspicious of the King’s intentions regarding the succession, raised and army and encircled Udong in 1714, thus inducing the King to retire to Ayudhya. A
Siamese army entered Cambodia and laid siege to Udong, forcing him to retire from the capital in 1718 and resign the regency in favour of his eldest son in 1722. Resumed the government and was proclaimed as Supreme King with the title of Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jatha Rajadhiraja Rama Isvara Kumpul Lokya Tribhuvananatha, 1729. Reigned for six months and then abdicated in favour of his eldest son and assumed the title of Samdach Brhat Maha Upayuvaraja, 1730. m. (first) at Udong, 1697, H.M. Queen Samdach Brhat Akhara Mahasuri (b. 1680), granted the title of Akhara Mahasuri in 1700, Regent for her husband in 1715, née Princess (Samdach Brhat Anak) Maha Kshatriyi, eldest daughter of Samdach Brhat Jaya Jatha Parama Suriya Rajadhiraja Rama [Jaya Jatha IV], King of Cambodia. m. (second) Munang Anga [Ong]. He d. 1736, having had issue, two sons and a daughter:
- 1) H.H. Prince (Samdach Brhat Angga Jithra Satthadhiraja, who succeeded as H.M. Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Paramaraja Brhat Jaya Satthadhiraja Parama Rajadhiraja Ramadipati [Paramaraja X], King of Cambodia (s/o Mahasuri) – see below.
- 2) H.H. Prince (Brhat Anak Angga) Ing (s/o Anga). H.H. Princess (Samdach Brhat) Anuyajathi Maha Kshatriyi [Anoch Cheat] [Pouv] (d/o Mahasuri). Raised to the title of Samdach Brhat Maha Kshatriyi 1739. m. at Udong, 1739 (div. 1743), H.H. Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Udayaraja [Ang Sor] (b. 1707; d. at the Monastary of Angkor, 1753), eldest son of H.M. Samdach Brhat Maha Upayuvaraja Brhat Ramadipati Krung Raja. She d. in Laos, 1748, having had issue, one son – see above.

Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Paramaraja Brhat Jaya Satthadhiraja Parama Rajadhiraja Ramadipati [Paramaraja X], King of Cambodia. b. 1702, as Prince (Brhat Anak Angga) Chi, elder son of H.M. Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jatha Rajadhiraja Rama Isvara Kumpul Lokya Tribhuvananatha [Angga Em], King of Cambodia, educ. privately. Assumed the regency on his father’s resignation with the title of Brhat Sudha Snang (deputy) 1722. Defeated the Hindus at Neang-phaek. Resigned the regency in favour of his father, 1729. Succeeded on the abdication of his father six months later and crowned as Supreme King with the title of Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Parama Rajadhiraja Ramadipati, 1730. Briefly abdicated in 1736. Defeated by the Siamese and fled to Vietnam, 1737. m. at Udong, 1722, H.H. Princess (Samdach Brhat Anak) Sri Sujathi Kshatriyi (b. 1688), second daughter of H.M. King Jaya Jatha IV, King of Cambodia, by his wife, H.M. Queen (Samdach Brhat Bhagavati Sri) Parama Chakrapati Kshatriyi (Li). He d. at Longvek, March 1738, having had issue:

Rajadhiraja Paramanadha Brhat Pada Parama Pavitra [Sri Dharmaraja IV], King of Cambodia. b. 1689, as Brhat Angga Saur, eldest son of H.M. Samdach Brhat Jaya Jatha Parama Surendra Rajadhiraja Rama [Jaya Jatha IV], King of Cambodia, by his principal wife, H.M. Queen (Samdach Brhat Bhagavati) Sri Parama Chakravati Kshatriyi, educ. privately. Invested with the title of Samdach Brhat Sri Dharmaraja by his father in 1702. Returned with the court to Udong, 1703. “Abdicated” in favour of his father, 1704. Assumed control of governmental affairs as Snang (deputy) with the title of Brhat Sri Dharmarajadhiraja Ramadipati Parama Pavitra, 1706. Driven into exile in Siam by his brother-in-law, 1714. Returned to Cambodia and crowned as Supreme King with the title of Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jathadhiraja
Ramadipati Sri Suriyabarna Dharmika Varottama Parama Maha Chakrapati Rajadhiraja Paramanadha Brhat Pada Parama Pavitra, at Udong, March 1738. m. (first) Anak Munang Sri Puspa. m. (second) 1705, H.M. Queen (Samdach Brhat) Jatha Kshatryi Akka Mahasuri, styled Anak Munang Sujathi Kshatryi after her marriage, prom to Brhat Munang Sujathi Kshatryi in 1706, and granted the title of Queen with the style of Samdach Brhat Jatha Kshatryi Akka Mahasuri in 1738. m. (third) 1738, his half-sister, H.H. Princess (Samdach Brhat Anak) Ekka Kshatriyi, previously styled Princess (Anak Angga) Panya [Ben], younger daughter of H.M. King Jaya Jatha IV, King of Cambodia. m. (fifth) after 1710, Anak Munang Ratna [Rat], a Siamese lady. He d. from illness, at Udong, 1747, having had issue, five sons and a daughter:
- 1) H.H. Samdach Brhat Keo Fa Brhat Sri Dharmaraja [Sri Dharmaraja V], Prince Regent of Cambodia. b. 1706, as Brhat Angga Amaya [Ang Im] (s/o Sri Puspa), educ. privately. Fled to Siam with his father in 1714 and returned to Cambodia in 1737. Invested with the title of Brhat Sri Dharmaraja by his father in 1737, and advanced to the title of Samdach Brhat Keo Fa in March 1738. Never crowned and therefore did not assume a reign name. m. at Udong, 1745, H.H. Princess (Samdach Brhat Chau) Ekka Kshatriyi (d. in childbirth), née Anak Anga Mani [Maen], second daughter of H.H. Samdach Brhat Udayaraja Maha Uparaja Brhat Anak Angga Suriya [Ang Sor]. He was k. by his younger brother, Prince Hinga, three months after his accession, 1747.
- 2) H.H. Samdach Brhat Keo Fa Brhat Padmaraja. b. 1712, as Brhat Angga Chandra [Ang Chan] (s/o Sujathi Kshatriyi), educ. privately. Granted the titles of Brhat Padmaraja and later promoted to Samdach Brhat Keo Fa 1738. He remained in Cambodia when his father and the rest of the family fled to Siam. m. (first) at Udong, 1738, H.H. Princess
(Samdach Brhat) Anuyajathi Kshatryi (m. second, 1743, H.M. Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Sri Suriyapura – see below), née Anak Angga Puhi [Ang Bos], daughter of his paternal uncle, H.R.H. Prince (Samdach Brhat) Ramadhipati Maha Upayuvaraja. He d.v.p. 1743, having had issue, one son:

Granted the titles of Samdach Brhat Sri Suriyapura in 1745, and Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja in 1753. m. at Udong, 1745, H. H. Princess (Samdach Brhat) Anujaya Kshatryi, née Anak
Angga Puhi [Ang Bos], widow of his elder brother, H.H. Samdach Brhat Keo Fa Brhat Padmaraja, and daughter of his paternal uncle, H.R.H. Prince (Samdach Brhat) Ramadhipati Maha Upayuvaraja.
- 4) H.H. Samdach Brhat Keo Fa Brhat Angga Duanga [Ang Tuon] (s/o Ratna). Granted the title of Samdach Brhat Keo Fa by his father in 1745. m. at Udong, 1745, Anak Munang Tea [Mnan Da], daughter of Okna Kralahom Moan [Man]. He was k. (assassinated) 1769, having had issue, one son and one daughter:
- a) H.H. Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Anak Angga Dharma [Ang Tham]. b. at Udong, 1748 (s/o Tea), educ. privately. Appointed as Heir Apparent and crowned as Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja in 1769. He was k. for his part in an attempted coup d’etat, 1777.
- b) H.H. Princess (Brhat Angga) Ei Kshatryi. b. at Udong, 1746 (d/o Tea). Raised to the rank of Queen (Samdach Brhat Bhagavati Brhat Sri) Sujitha Kshatriyi. m. 1768, as his third wife, H.M. Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Narayana Rajadhiraja Ramadipati Brhat Sri Suriyapura Parama- Surendra [Udayaraja III or Narairaja II], King of Cambodia (b. 1739; d. December 1777), son of H.H. Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Brhat Udayaraja Suriya, by his third wife, H.H. Princess Pou, daughter of H.M. Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jatha Rajadhiraja Rama Isvara Kumpul Lokya Tribhuvananatha [Angga Em], King of Cambodia. She had issue, one daughter – see below.

Proclaimed as Supreme King with the agreement of the King of Siam and assumed the reign name of Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Sri Jaya Jathadhiraja Paramamu Pavitra, 1749. He d. from illness at Udong, 1755, having had issue, two sons:
- 1) H.R.H. Prince (Brhat Anak Angga) Anura [Non], who succeeded as H.M. Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Rama Rajadhiraja Parama Pavitra, King of Cambodia – see below.

Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Narayana Rajadhiraja Ramadipati Brhat Sri Suriyapura Parama- Surendra [Udayaraja III], King of Cambodia. b. 1740, as Brhat Anak Angga Thunga [Ang Tan of Nak Ong Thong in Siamese], son of H.H. Samdach Brhat Maha Uparaja Brhat Udayaraja Suriya, by his third wife, H.H. Princess Pou, daughter of H.M. Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Jaya Jatha Rajadhiraja Rama Isvara Kumpul Lokya Tribhuvananatha [Angga Em], King of Cambodia, educ. privately. Ascended the throne in 1758 and assumed the reign name of Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Narayana Ramadipati Brhat Udayaraja Parama Pavitra. Sent an Embassy to the King Pramakot of Siam, who granted him the new title of Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Narayana Rajadhiraja Ramadipati Brhat Sri Suriyapura Parama-Surendra. Vanquished a Siamese army sent against him by King Taksin in 1769. Fled to Vietnam and accepted Annamese protection when Thai forces invaded in 1771. Returned with an army and settled at Brhatk Prakprat, 1772. Abdicated his rights in favour of his cousin, 1775 and accepted the rank and title of Samdach Brhat Maha Upayuvaraja. m. - 1) H.R.H. Princess (Brhat Riam Anak Angga) Men. b. 1765 (d/o Queen Chakrapti). Promoted to the rank of Samdach Brhat Maha Kshatriyi in 1780. She d. unm. during the journey to Bangkok, 1782.
- 2) H.R.H. Princess (Brhat Riam Anak Angga) Ei. b. 1767 (d/o Men). Taken to Bangkok in 1782. Promoted to the rank of Samdach Brhat Sri Varaksha Raja Thida Parama Pavitra in 1780. Granted the rank of Brhat Snam Ekka (royal concubine first class) with the title of Chau Chom after her marriage. Promoted to Chau Chom Manda after the birth of her first child. m. at the Grand Palace, Bangkok, 1784, as his fifteenth wife, H.M. Maha Uparaja (Samdach Chau Fa Krum Brhat Raja Varman Pavara) Maha Sura Sinhanada [Bunma] (b. at Ayudhya, 8th September 1743; d. at the Purabhabhimuk Hall, Bangkok, 3rd November 1803), third son of H.R.H. Prince (Somdetch Brhat Paduma Parama) Maha Chanukra [Thongdi], by his first wife, Princess (Somdetch Brhat) Rub Sri Sapaksha [Jog]. She d. after 1809, having had issue – see Thailand (Chakri).
- 3) H.R.H. Princess (Brhat Riam Anak Angga) Phao. b. ca. 1769 (d/o Men). Taken to Bangkok in 1782. Granted the rank of Brhat Snam Akhara with the title of Chau Chom
after her marriage. Promoted to Chau Chom Manda after the birth of her first child. m. at the Grand Palace, Bangkok, as his sixteenth wife, H.M. Maha Uparaja (Samdach Chau Fa Krum Brhat Raja Varman Pavara) Maha Sura Sinhanada [Bunma] (b. at Ayudhya, 8th September 1743; d. at the Purabhabhimuk Hall, Bangkok, 3rd November 1803), third son of H.R.H. Prince (Somdetch Brhat Paduma Parama) Maha Chanukra [Thong Di], by his first wife, Princess (Somdetch Brhat) Rub Sri Sapaksha [Jog]. She d. after 1809, having had issue – see Thailand (Chakri).

- 1775 - 1779 H.M. Brhat Bat Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Rama Rajadhiraja Parama Pavitra Brhat, King of Cambodia. b. at Udong, 1739, as Prince (Brhat Anak Angga) Anura [Non], elder son of H.M. Brhat Pada Samdach Sdach Brhat Rajankariya Brhat Sri Jaya Jathadhiraja Paramamu Pavitra [Jaya Jatha V], King of Cambodia, educ. privately. Granted the title of Samdach Brhat Rama 1742. He fled to Siam after a purge of the Royal Family by King Udayaraja III in 1758, and having escaped the sack of Ayudhaya by the Burmese in 1767, joined his colours to Taksin. The latter having been insulted by Udayaraja III, sent a large army against him. Appointed as Governor of
Kampot by the Siamese in 1772. Recognised as undisputed King after the abdication of Udayaraja III in 1775. Opposed by the Vietnamese throughtout his reign, he was attacked by forces from Cochin-China, when the Siamese became distracted with their own internal struggles and his severe rule brought out many Cambodians against him. Captured and placed in confinement. He was k. (drowned in a weighted cage at the pond of Khayong), near Phanom Kamraeng, by Vietnamese agents, August 1779, having had issue, four sons (all murdered at the citadel of Banthaiphet, August 1779 by Phraya Wibunrat (Su) later the Samdach Chau Phraya Kalahom).
